Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using VibeLive, the video and audio live streaming app for iOS and Android, and the vibelive.chat website. When we say “we” or “VibeLive”, we mean the company behind the app. When we say “you”, we mean the person using the service.

By creating an account or using VibeLive, you agree to these terms and to the documents that are part of them:

• the Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data;
• the Community Guidelines and Zero Tolerance, which say what is and isn’t allowed;
• the Cookie Policy, which applies to this website.

If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use VibeLive. Have a question? Reach us at support@vibelive.chat.

2. Who can use it

VibeLive is for adults 18 and over only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the date of birth you provided is true.

• Accounts belonging to minors are closed as soon as they are identified.
• You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
• If an account of yours was banned for breaking our rules, you may not create another one without VibeLive’s express permission.

3. Your account

You can sign up with Continue with Apple, Continue with Google or Continue with email. When you do, you agree to:

• provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
• protect access to your account and never share passwords or verification codes with anyone (the VibeLive team will never ask for your password);
• let us know at support@vibelive.chat if you notice any unusual activity on your account.

You are responsible for what happens on your account. It is personal: selling, renting, lending or transferring accounts is not allowed. Usernames that imitate another person or brand may be changed or removed.

4. What VibeLive offers

VibeLive is a video and audio live streaming app. With it, you can:

• watch lives, chat and send virtual gifts;
• go live solo, with guests (up to 16 seats), in audio rooms, in private lives and in premium lives (paid entry in coins);
• compete in PK battles between 2 and 8 creators;
• post to the feed, create reels, send direct messages, schedule lives with reminders and watch replays and clips;
• level up (to level 50), complete missions, climb the rankings, join fan clubs, use profile frames and reach the VIP tiers (Start, Majestic, Diamond and Legend);
• play minigames in the games hub, using virtual coins;
• invite friends through the referral program;
• use automatic translation of text.

Features may change over time. We may add, change or discontinue features to improve the service, and some features may not be available on every device or in every region.

5. Your content

Everything you create on VibeLive (lives, replays, clips, posts, reels, comments, messages and photos) remains yours.

For the app to work, you grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, stream, display and adapt that content within VibeLive. “Adapt” includes, for example, translating text, generating replays and clips and adjusting video quality. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we need to keep for legal or safety reasons, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

When you post, you confirm that:

• you have the rights to what you post, including third-party music, images and videos;
• you have permission from the people who appear in your live or content;
• your content complies with the law and the Community Guidelines.

Recording for moderation. Lives may be recorded and automatically analyzed for moderation purposes. You see a notice about this before you go live.

6. Expected conduct

By using VibeLive, you agree to follow the Community Guidelines and Zero Tolerance. In short, the following is not allowed:

• nudity or sexual content, harassment, hate speech, threats or violence;
• any form of exploitation or sexualization of minors;
• illegal content, scams, spam or fraud;
• impersonating others or exposing other people’s private data;
• using bots, scripts, system glitches or fake accounts to gain coins, diamonds, levels, ranking positions or referral rewards;
• asking for payments outside the platform;
• trying to access restricted areas, copying the app or disrupting the service.

7. Coins and gifts

Coins are virtual items you buy in the app through the App Store or Google Play and, where available, with PIX or card through channels outside the stores. The price is shown before you confirm your purchase.

• Coins are used for VibeLive features, such as sending gifts, entering premium lives, joining fan clubs and playing minigames.
• Coins have no value outside the app. They are not money or currency, and they cannot be sold, traded outside the app or exchanged for cash.
• Gifts you send are non-refundable. When you send a gift, it is delivered instantly to the person streaming. Always double-check before sending.
• Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow Apple’s and Google’s policies and must be requested from them directly. For PIX or card purchases, contact support@vibelive.chat.
• Coins obtained improperly, for example through fraudulent chargebacks, system glitches or fake referrals, may be removed from the account.

None of this limits the rights you have under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

8. Paid features and games

Some features use coins or depend on your status in the app:

• Premium lives: entry is paid in coins. The price is shown before you confirm.
• VIP: the tiers are Start, Majestic, Diamond and Legend. The criteria and perks of each tier are shown in the app and may change.
• Fan clubs: they have a monthly fee in coins, shown before you join.
• Games hub: minigames are played with virtual coins and are for adults 18 and over only. Round results are verifiable. Coins used in games follow the same rules as always: they have no value outside the app. Play in moderation.
• Referral program: the inviter earns coins when the invited person signs up and when they make their first purchase. Accounts created just to earn rewards don’t count and may lead to penalties.

9. Creators and diamonds

Becoming a creator

Any account aged 18 or over can go live and receive gifts. To become an official host on VibeLive, you apply in the app and send a photo and a short intro video of up to 1 minute. Our team reviews your application and may approve or decline it.

Diamonds and withdrawals

Gifts you receive turn into diamonds in your wallet, and the same goes for fan club fees and premium live tickets. The current default values are:

• under the standard split, creators keep 50% of the value of each gift, fan club fee and premium live ticket, which means every 1 coin received becomes 0.5 diamond;
• 1 diamond is worth US$0.008;
• the minimum withdrawal is US$15;
• withdrawals are paid via PIX, in Brazilian reais, at VibeLive’s current payout exchange rate, which is set by the platform and shown in the app before you confirm. The PIX key must be under the account holder’s CPF or CNPJ, and the payment provider’s fee may be deducted;
• every withdrawal request is checked by our team before payment, and there may be limits per request, per day and per month.

These values are set by the platform and may change, and a creator’s split may be agreed individually. The current values are always shown in the app.

Also keep in mind:

• We may require identity verification and payment details before releasing a withdrawal. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
• Taxes: you are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on what you earn.
• Fraud: we may withhold or cancel diamonds obtained through fraud, manipulation or rule violations, such as arranged gifting, fake accounts or charged-back purchases.
• Being a creator does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship with VibeLive.

Partner agencies

Agencies are official partners that recruit, coach and support creators. They earn a commission (under the standard rule, 15% on top of the earnings of each creator on their team, which may be agreed per agency), paid separately and not deducted from the creator’s earnings. Agencies must also follow these terms. To talk about partnerships, write to partners@vibelive.chat.

10. Moderation and penalties

To keep the community safe:

• we use automated filtering of video, text and audio, plus human review;
• lives may be recorded and automatically analyzed, with a notice before you go live;
• our target is to review reports within 24 hours.

Content that breaks the rules is removed. Depending on how serious it is, we may issue a warning, restrict features, withhold diamonds and suspend or ban the account without notice. Serious cases, especially those involving minors, are reported to the authorities.

If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal a ban directly in the app.

11. Intellectual property

The app, the website, the VibeLive name and logo, the design, virtual gifts, frames and other elements of the service belong to VibeLive or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by law.

As long as you follow these terms, you have a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the app. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use the VibeLive brand, without written permission.

If someone is using your content on VibeLive without permission, let us know at support@vibelive.chat with as much detail as you can.

12. Limits of liability

We work to keep VibeLive available and safe, but:

• the service may experience interruptions, errors or maintenance;
• content posted by users is the responsibility of whoever posts it. We don’t review everything before it goes up, but we act when we identify a problem or receive a report;
• third-party services, such as app stores and payment providers, have their own rules, and we are not responsible for them beyond what the law requires;
• we are not responsible for losses caused by a failure to protect access to your account.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, nor the rights provided by Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

13. Changes and termination

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using VibeLive after that, you are agreeing to the new version.

Termination by you. You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings → Delete account. When you delete your account, you lose access to the coins, history and perks tied to it. If you are a creator, withdraw your available balance first.

Termination by us. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the community guidelines, if the law requires it or if the service is discontinued (in that last case, with notice).

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Protection Code are preserved, and the competent court is the one where you live. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
